Al Khatim is a beautiful and tranquil desert area located approximately 40 minutes outside of Abu Dhabi City, on the highway towards Al Ain. It is known for its rolling dunes and authentic desert environment.

We recommend light, comfortable, and loose-fitting clothing for the activities. It can get cool in the evening, especially in winter, so bringing a light jacket or shawl is advisable. Wear comfortable shoes or sandals (flip-flops are fine for the camp, but closed shoes are better for sandboarding/quad biking).

Dune bashing is a thrilling and safe activity conducted by experienced, licensed drivers in specially equipped 4×4 vehicles.

• Safety Note: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 3 years old, the elderly, or individuals with serious back, neck, or heart problems. You may request to skip the dune bashing and be taken directly to the camp.
